Right to Repair or Replacement
If the products do not match the order placed, the customer has the right to request repair or replacement at no additional cost, within 14 days from the shipping date.

Returns Due to Customer Error or Decision
If the customer wishes to return a product due to an order error or change of mind, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Return Process
All return requests must be sent by email to sales@virutextools.com.

Products must be returned in their original condition and unused.

Warranty Exclusions
Any tampering or repair of products during the warranty period by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.

Repairs must be carried out exclusively by Virutex authorized service centers.

Limitation of Liability
Virutex, S.A. is not liable for damages or losses resulting from causes beyond its control.
